1. About Us and Your Use of the Website
1.1 We are Wood Carving Studio SALAJ - we produce trophy plaques and other wood carved products for Hunting.

1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales taken through our website, over the telephone and face to face and by using our website you agree that they apply to all contracts between you and us. They are liable to change at any time and any change will take effect from the time of publication on our website.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
2. Liability
2.1 We will not be liable to you for any indirect losses that happen as a side effect of any main loss or damage, including but not limited to, loss of revenue, profits, goodwill or business opportunity, anticipated savings, or for any injury to your reputation or for any losses that are not reasonably foreseeable by both of us at the time your order is placed.
2.2 Provided we take reasonable care when we deliver goods to you our entire liability to you shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant goods purchased through our website www.rezby-salaj.cz
3. Ordering with us
Having decided what you might like to purchase and adding it to your shopping cart our system will produce a final summary of what you are about to order and the cost involved. This constitutes our quotation for the products and delivery concerned. If you go ahead and place your order, this constitutes an offer to us to buy the goods. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and no contract shall exist between us until we have confirmed your order by issuing your "Order Confirmation".
The price payable for the Goods shall be as shown on the Website. Prices advertised on the Website exclude postage, packing, insurance and any applicable export duties. Delivery charges are shown separately when ordering and must also be paid in advance.
4. Payment
You can choose between
1.) Online credit card payment - You can pay directly on our web. After ordering choose the way of payment – Online credit card payment. After them you´ll transfer on the web of payment system the GoPay http://www.gopay.com/en/index.html
Now you can pay with your online card. We can see your payment immediatelly and we send you your Order in the next day. About the real date of delivery we will inform you on your email address.
2.) Payment via bank account. Choose the way of payment: Payment on bank account. We would send you the payment information as Account Nr. etc. directly to your e-mail. After them you can pay it. We will see your payment after 2-3 days. After them we send your delivery immediately.
5. Secure Payment
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
We never see your data when you order online. GoPay handles our credit card transactions. Thus, all dcredit card data is captured by GoPay, who are regarded as one of the safest payment systems.
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your Order at any time up to the end of the seventh (14) Working Day from the date you receive the Goods.
To cancel your Order you must notify us in writing (which includes letter, fax or email). The sum debited to Us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to the same card within 30 days of your cancellation notice.
The Goods in question must be returned to Us within 21 days of your cancellation notice and must be received by Us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, unopened and sealed in their original packaging in a condition suitable for re-sale. Unless the Goods are faulty, We shall be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the Goods from you and may set such costs off against the amount to be re-credited to you.

7. Delivery of Goods to you
Wood Carving studio Salaj can only state that it will deliver goods to you in an approximate period. We will endeavour to deliver your order within the European Union to you within 7 business days.
We will not be held liable for any delays in delivery caused by you or by circumstances outwith our control.
We use a range of different couriers depending on which is best suited for delivery to your location. In any event, on despatching your goods we will email you with confirmation of despatch together with a tracking number and details of how you may track your goods. If you have any problems or are failing to get the information you require then please email us at info@rezby-salaj.cz, and we will let you know how your delivery is progressing. We will not be held liable for any delays in delivery caused by you or by circumstances outwith our control. For Christmas Deliveries, we recommend that you order by the 10th December. We will endeavour to dispatch all 'in stock' orders within 24 hours, however we cannot guarantee delivery on or before the 24th December as the post may be delayed in your area.
8. Events beyond Our control
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver Goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to Goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond Our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
9. Privacy and Data Collection
We, Wood Carving Studio Salaj are totally committed to ensuring best practice in all that we do. As a valued visitor to our website you can be assured that the protection of privacy and confidentiality are given the highest priority. Any personal information is collected, held and used in compliance with the Data Protection Act.
We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order. We will not release your name, address, email address or any other information about you to any outside party, except as set out in this privacy policy. We will not trade, resell, sell or redistribute any information that you provide us to any other companies, organisations or individuals.
We will hold your personal information securely and use it only in compliance with the applicable current data protection laws. We will use your personal information to provide you with the information and services you request. We may also use your information to let you know about other products and services which we offer which may be of interest to you. 10. Liability and Limitation
If we do not deliver or if the Goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective on delivery or during the Warranty Period or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, Our only obligation will be, at Our option to:
10.1 make good any shortage or non-delivery or incorrect delivery; or
10.2 replace or repair any Goods that are damaged or defective; or
10.3 refund to you the amount paid by you for the Goods in question.
The above obligations shall not apply when such damage or defect has arisen as a consequence of any negligence by you or your failure to comply with any reasonable instructions issued by us in respect of maintenance and/or safe handling.
10.4 We shall have no Liability to you for any consequential, special or indirect losses including without limit loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings damage to or loss of goodwill, reputation or data.
10.5 Without prejudice to the foregoing, our total aggregate Liability to you under and/or arising in relation to this Contract shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Goods.
10.6 Nothing in this Contract shall exclude or limit Our Liability for death or personal injury due to Our negligence or any Liability which is due to Our fraud or any other Liability which We are not permitted to exclude or limit as a matter of law.
10.7 Nothing in this Contract shall exclude or limit your statutory rights.
11. General
It is our intention that these terms of use, and any document expressly referred to in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the purchase by you of the goods.
If any of these terms of use are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The rights of both parties under these terms of use may be exercised as often as necessary. They are cumulative and not exclusive of either party’s rights under the general law, and may be waived only in writing. Delay in exercising or non-exercise of any right is not a waiver of that right.
All communications from us will be in English. All contracts between us will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with these Terms of Sale or the Returns Policy if the delay or failure arises from any event which is beyond our reasonable control. Such events would include (but are not limited to) fires, floods, earthquakes, storms, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, acts of terrorism or malicious damage to or destruction of our premises, equipment or goods.

The responsibility for payment of any levy/import duty or tax liable is the responsibility of the purchaser.
12. Returns Policy
The Goods in question must be returned to us within 14 days of your cancellation notice and must be received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you, unopened and sealed in their original packaging in a condition suitable for re-sale. Unless the Goods are faulty We shall be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the Goods from you and may set such costs off against the amount to be re-credited to you.
